Edelweiss is a highly rated, upmarket Bed and Breakfast located in the quiet residential area of Paradyskloof, directly opposite Stellenbosch Golf Course. Being so close to the R44, we have easy access to Technopark, wine routes, and the beaches of False Bay.

We offer affordable luxury accommodation in five stylish double rooms, each with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Continental breakfasts are served in the dining room or on the patio, overlooking the pool area and Simonsberg, and we will gladly assist in planning day trips, wine tasting, golf rounds, and restaurant bookings.

Your hosts, Mollie and Willi Kern, will ensure that you enjoy the best of true South African and Austrian hospitality. We speak Afrikaans, English and German. Children over 12 years are welcome. Smoking area available.

I had a fantastic short stay at Edelweiss. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are brand new, quiet and clean. Will certainly come back!

The room and everything was very nice and clean. The but i recommend a kettle and coffee in the room.
