Great location, helpful admin people, tidy and clean. Accommodating your needs.

Lovely, peaceful, home away from home by

They are lovely apartments, a home a way from home. They are situated in a nice quiet area and also easily accessible to the train station, the Hatfield plaza and many other facilities. I would especially recommend it for international students coming back for graduation at Tuks or parents coming to visit their children at Tuks as it is within walking distance or about a 5 min drive the Hatfield campus and the LC. The area is safe and the people at Grosevnor Gardens are lovely and wonderful. I have stayed at Faircity with my family twice in 2 years and we have no regrets. :)



After the Booking problem where sorted the stay was very nice.
