Welcome to 15 on Third.
Our spacious self-catering apartment is situated in a small village on the West Coast of Cape Town called Melkbos. Melkbos was originally a small fisherman's village with some historic buildings. Our apartment is one block away from the sea and walking distance from the centre of the village. It has two beautiful spacious bedrooms, both rooms sleeps two, with newly renovated en-suite bathrooms. Lovely white bedding and towels are provided with a weekly house cleaning service and linen change. We have free WiFi. The lounge is spacious with double volume ceilings that give a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is kitted-out with all new appliances and with a 4 seater dining area. The braai facilities are tucked away on the deck. There is a outdoor hot shower after returning from a surf.
This holiday apartment is not far away from the local restaurants situated on the beach front, just a 5 min walk on a beautiful evening. Melkbos is a 30 min drive from Cape Town CBD and the V&A Waterfront and 8 mins drive to Bloubergstrand. Melkbos to Bigbay beach forms part of the world famous 8 km surfing, kiting and windsurfing strip. Our apartment is 5mins away from the popular Haakgat surf spot. We don't have a million rules, we want you to have a relaxed stay.
