Hear the ocean, smell the ocean and see the ocean. Flip Flops Villa is only about a two minute walk to Pearl Bay beach. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you've come to the right place. Flip Flops Villa offers maximum convenience at competitive rates.

The top floor is for the private use of the owners. The owners and hosts ? Japie & Corinda are available to attend to any requests during your stay. All accommodation is on the ground level. Both units have good partial sea views. Come and experience some great Yzerfontein sunsets.

Our property is protected by an alarm system and security cameras on the outside of the building. (No privacy infringement)

We have Solar/Batteries as backup. You will not be affected by loadshedding in South Africa. At Flip Flops Villa we provide two different private accommodation options. We have a self catering option (Luxury Studio - 60 sqm) and also an Ensuite room (Standard Room - 25 sqm) option for those that prefer to support the wonderful Yzerfontein Restaurants or different West Coast Restaurants. Private Catering can also be arranged on request.

Both units have large sliding doors on the west side that open on the sea side. Both units also have outside patio furniture.
