Fynbos Village 21 is an immaculately furnished free-standing self-catering house ideally located in the Pinnacle Point Golf Estate. Situated on the edge of a magnificent coast, Pinnacle Point is at the gateway to the Garden Route. Pinnacle Point is an immaculate 18-hole championship golf course perched atop staggering cliffs along dramatic coastline near Mossel Bay.

Fynbos Village 21 can accommodate up to a maximum of nine guests and comprises five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large reception rooms, two garages, a built-in braai area, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.

The patio overlooks the 12th green on this beautiful golf course. DStv is included. The price per night excludes linen or towel change and daily cleaning, should the guest wish to have this done, please specify when making a booking.

Guests can also make use of the communal estate facilities including a swimming pool and a tennis court.

WE LOVED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

Fynbos Village 21 by

Worse staying experience to date. Spent an hour looking for the keys, we couldn't get hold of our contact (Tania) phone kept on ringing.

House require a bit of maintenance, one room had half of the ceiling covered with mould.

When we wanted get our laundry done we didn't know where to go, our contact again was no where to be found (she eventually responded when it was too late, we got an outsider to help us).

Worse part!! before departing we asked Tania to come and go through everything in the house so that she is satisfied that all is in order and she didn't show up or didn't arrange anyone to come. Yesterday she send us an sms saying that she is withholding our deposit to fix a container block. I don't know what she was talking about, all I can see was an excuse to take money from us.

I will definitely not use this house again, and will make sure that the garden route tour organizers are aware of this one so that no one from our group become victims like we did.

Dear Ken,

As mentioned to you when you booked, I am situated in Johannesburg. To give me 30 minutes notice to get my cleaning team there to check everything is not realistic and a bit unfair. Please understand that we all have schedules and cannot expect the cleaning company to leave everything and get there in 30 minutes.
The house is clearly advertised as a self catering unit, under the circumstances and at such short notice I tried my best to get you a contact number on a Saturday afternoon to get your laundry done before your departure Sunday morning.
With regards to the deposit, it saddens me that you do not mention that only R400 of your deposit was kept after I have sent you a photo of the damages and detailing the amount for the repair work. I have also kindly said in my message to you that if I was not so far away, I would've fixed it myself at my own cost, but unfortunately have to rely on an outside company to do the repair work for me. We open our home to guests we trust and hope that they will treat our home like their own and also trust that they will admit if damages occurred.
Thank you for bringing the maintenance issue to my attention, I will get it sorted straight away.
