Although Vermont has its own postal code, it is, in reality, the newest suburb in Hermanus. This is reflected in the elegance of it's Avant Gard architecture, especially the homes boarding the dramatic shoreline. It is a wonderful place for a sundowner as there are many comfortable benches dotted along the entire 5 Kilometer pathway.

The house has 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms.Entrance into the house is accessed by a flight of stairs from the ground level. It then opens up into a massive living area consisting of an excellent fitted kitchen, behind which is a comfortable TV nook, opposite an informal breakfast table which is also ideal for playing cards. The lounge is separated from the TV area by a large marble topped formal dining table. It opens via large sliding doors onto a sunny patio, which is excellent for Alfresco meals in the summer sunshine.

There are a couple of good places to swim provided that you get there at high tide. For those who want to enjoy the famous Hermanus Grotto Beach, the house is only 15.1 Kilometers (9.4miles) away. The Kammabaai beach is only 13.19 Km away.
