The apartment is great for couples, or a solo/business traveller, within easy walking distance of the beach and all amenities. It's located on the third (top) floor of a secure apartment block (with a lift).The apartment consists of: one bedroom with a double bed; one bathroom (toilet, basin, bath with a hand shower); open plan kitchen and lounge; kitchen with a small fridge, countertop oven/stove, toaster, kettle and microwave; lounge has a new flat screen TV with full DSTV and a small selection of movies on a hard drive/USB available for viewing. Lounge leads onto a small balcony. Limit of 100MB Wi-Fi provided daily.Ceiling fans in all rooms. Hairdryer, iron and ironingboard. All linen, bath towels and beach towels provided. Beach umbrella and two beach chairs available. Kitchen stocked with basics like salt, pepper, oil, tea coffee, sugar. Toilet paper, soap, bubble bath, shampoo and conditioner available for use. On-street parking. If you feel the need to explore further afield, you are on the doorstep of many of the Cape's finest spots! The unit is an easy two-minute walk (350 meters) to the white sandy beach, with wonderful walks, swimming or whale watching. One-minute walk to the shops or restaurants and coffee shops. FIve-minute walk to the train station. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive! Other notable places of interest within a 20-minute drive include Cape Point Vineyards, Kalk Bay, St James' Tidal Pool; Simonstown, Muizenberg Beach; Noordhoek Beach; Chapman's Peak Drive; Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and the Silvermine Hiking and Mountain Bike trails. A mere 30-minute drive to the world famous wine farms of the Constantia valley.
