The farmhouse has four bedrooms. Each room has either double or twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a 10-seater dining table that opens onto the patio, a lounge providing a TV with DStv and a lovely fireplace for those chilly days and nights. The house boasts beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys below. There are also conference facilities for up to 14 people.

'Asemrowende' views, friendly people and spacious house. Will most definetly recommend this to anyone that wants to rest in peace! A great stopover along the N3 by Robert Buxton, United Kingdom 21 June 2012 An amazing place - a large, beautifully equipped house in the middle of nowhere with 360-degree panoramic views.
The master bedroom with queen bed is very spacious and comfortable but some of the twin bedded rooms were a bit more cramped, all have en-suite bathrooms. Living area has huge dining table, full kitchen, sofas, large fireplace and huge TV with all satellite channels but we spent most time admiring the views from the patios. Unfortunately road noise from the N3 does carry a bit.
Wheelchair access to the house is good with only a step at the front door.
The house is a few miles from the Little Church exit from the N3 along some quite rough roads/dirt tracks.
The restaurant near the Van Reenan petrol station is quite good if you don't want to cook, Caz the local farmer (who built the property) came in to cook us an excellent breakfast. The road is not in a good condition, but luckily not too far. We had difficulty to enter the house as it was not unlocked as promised. The house is very spacious and the beds super comfortable. It is remote and quiet, and has beautiful views ober the valley. We have no complaints whatsoever and can recommend this property. HIGHLANDS FARM ESTATE LOCATIE
