Situated in the Hemel En Aarde Valley of Hermanus, High Season is a picturesque farm with magnificent views of the valley. For a group or family, the lodge and our spacious, luxuriously appointed cottages offer an ideal country getaway whilst still within easy access of Hermanus and its pristine white beaches.

The seven cottages, which sleep from two to six guests each, are tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. All cottages have satellite TV with hotel bouquet channels and DVD players. All the three-bedroom cottages are equipped with dishwashers. Cottages are serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. Staff will make up beds, clean bathrooms and mop floors. Clean towels are provided daily.



The Overberg offers a host of activities including a wine route, water sports, mountain biking, horse riding, paint ball, canopying, four-wheelers, and Shark Cage Diving. Hermanus has many fine restaurants and coffee shops, fabulous boutiques, art galleries, museums and open-air craft markets. Hermanus is home to some of the finest beaches in the world.

Protea Cottage by

A beautiful little cottage with all the peace and quiet and privacy one would expect on a farm away from everything. It is equipped with everything one would need while away. A most restful and pleasant stay with lovely staff.

Water problem by

Cottage very neat and clean, only problem was the water from the taps. It is nowhere obvious indicated if you can drink it. We were also not told to bring drinking water. The result was that we did not take a chance with the brown water from the taps and had to leave fairly early as we only brought 2 litre drinking water.
