The best establishment Johannesburg has to offer! by

We travel to Johannesburg on a regular basis and have never found the perfect establishment. Until now, that is. Upon our arrival in Johannesburg we were contacted as a courtesy call to enquire of our arrival time, upon arrival, rose petals and chocolates greeted us with a spacious and well decorated room with our own personal balcony. The service was impeccable with all our needs met. Breakfast in the mornings was beautifully presented and refreshing different from a 5-star Hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and perhaps a 5-star would be recommended for this establishment.

Had a wonderful stay everything was 100% especially the candle light dinner at the fireplace.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful room and Simon was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will surely recommend house higgo to anyone who visits Johannesburg.

Disapointed by

I booked a room for 4.... a cottage!!
Because it was me, my husband and our two kids I booked the cottage that they have available...
When we arrived there they "upgraded" us to a honeymoon room, with a double bed.....
NO room for my kids!
The lady said she will put beds in for my kids.....
It was one small bed for my girl of 3, so me my husband and my son of 8 had to sleep on the double bed.....
I really did not sleep well and she could not tell me why they changed my booking!!
It was very disappointing  because we were really looking forward to a good nights sleep and did not get that....
