Furthermore there are two large bedrooms with respectively six and four single beds sharing a full family bathroom and a separate toilet.All the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling built-in-cupboards and large windows to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and those beautiful Kwazulu Natal South Coast views.The large living area is open plan and includes a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, two fridges, all basic kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery and glasses enough to feed an army. The kitchen is finished with granite tops and a breakfast counter with bar stools. The open plan living area also encompasses a comfy lounge with flat screen tv and full DSTV bouquet and a 10-seater dining room table and serving buffet. The open plan living area flows out to the balcony where you will find a built-in-braai and some outdoor furniture to enjoy those magnificent Ramsgate sunsets and perhaps catch a glimpse of a school of Dolphins or Whales passing by. Direct beach access is acquired via the front garden's sloped lawn and a short walk alongside the Ramsgate tidal pool. An outside shower is available after a day of sand, surf and fun in the sun. Secure parking off-street in double garage with parking bay behind lockable steel sliding gates for an additional two vehicles.Linen provided, towels not provided, domestic and laundry services available at additional charge.The Cottage @ Hubbly Bubbly:A brand new addition to the popular seafront home is ?The Cottage @ Hubbly Bubbly? on the ground floor recently incorporated into ?Hubbly Bubbly? to make it one of the largest holiday rental homes on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast.The Cottage @ Hubbly Bubbly can be rented separately and sleeps eight. For larger families/groups both homes can be rented to sleep 23 in total with an inter-leading door connecting the two homes.The cottage has a large open plan lounge with flat screen TV and full DSTV bouquet. The lounge flows to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter.There are three bedrooms - the main bedroom sleeps four with a double bed as well as a bunk bed. The second bedroom also has a bunk bed ? sleeping two people and the third bedroom has two single beds sleeping another two people comfortably.There is a full bathroom with shower in bath and a basin, 2 separate toilets and a separate shower room.All of the rooms (except for bedroom 2 and the bathroom) are sea facing. A large open veranda leads onto the large garden and sloping lawn from where you will find the foot path to the main beach and tidal pool (within only 50m).
