?I am sorry if you find our rules and regulations too much for a comfortable stay after you rated the apartment 100% for cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and value for money. The ?rules and regulations' are unfortunately necessary to keep the establishment in tip-top condition at the same rate for future guests.
