Inniewitsand is located in a small coastal town at the mouth of the Breede River named Witsand in the Western Cape, South Africa.Inniewitsand is a lovely double-storey house in Witsand, and offers accommodation for a group or family of 9.Offering 5 rooms. The upstairs of Inniwitsand, comprises on a double bedroom, and the second room hosts a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom, with a shower is shared between the rooms. The rooms on the ground floor are furnished with a double and a single bed in 1 room, and 2 single beds in the other room; the rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower. There is a king size bedroom with en suite and a lounge area that is situated next to the downstairs braai area. The house also has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The kitchen is equipped with a two plate gas hob, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a fridge-freezer as well as a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for guests to use, that stay for long periods. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area or relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV. DStv is available, but guests need to bring their own smart card and decoder.Outside, guests can make use of the fire pit or relax in the covered stoep area, which is protected against the weather. Braai equipment is provided, and parking is available for 6 cars. Please note : no pets are allowed. This home is a strictly a non smoking home. Guests are required to bring their own bath towels.
