Located on the banks of the mighty Rufiji River, Jimbiza Lodge Selous offers a unique bushveld stay close to the Selous National Park. The natural surroundings and beautiful views makes this an ideal getaway for nature lovers.

The lodge offers three accommodation types, of which all are comfortable and clean. The Bandas has a stylish design with net ceilings, giving guests a feeling of being in nature. The Riverside Tents are large and spacious, and have lovely views of the river. The Treetop Tents are ideal for couples as they are secluded and are situated in the middle of a forest.

Game drives can be arranged where guests will have the opportunity to view the variety of wild life. Take a unique boat safari to view the river- and bird life in the area. Guests can end their adventure-filled days off by enjoying a delicious dinner while experiencing an unforgettable African sunset.

My wife and two sons stayed at Jimbiza Lodge for three days. They enjoyed great hospitality, good care, good food, good accommodation, a wonderful game park and lots of wild animals.

Fantastic safari by

The staff of Jimbiza Lodge give us some fantastic safari-moments: a professional guide (Emmy), a sympathic cardriver, Alan at the reception, and last but not least the woman who let us enjoy delicious meals. We have only good memories of these three days. Jimbiza Lodge and his staff are fantastic.
