The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a small sitting area and kitchenette. Guests have access to a double garage with parking for two vehicles.

There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet for all three bedrooms to share. The main house has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a cot, the second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed and the third bedroom is very small with two single beds.

The house has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading to the covered patio and lovely garden. There is a separate two-bedroom flat at the end of the veranda.

The premises are completely fenced and an alarm system is being monitored. All exits have security gates and all windows have burglar bars.
