Amazing by

Jump Street is an amazing combination of simple comfort, super subtle service provided by an intuitive and intelligent team of well trained, well intentioned women. It is not sited in an obviously tourist trap spot, but is slightly out of town, with every facility one needs. The Jump Street Team can also extend their grand service into the bush and game reserves, with camping facilities and the same No Fuss but Fabulous service you have In and around the chalets. Must go back!

Rooms are nice, personal friendly and helpful, food was nice.

Friendly and VERY accommodating staff, amazing food and great location. Really helped with organising activities. However the maintenance of lodge is poor. Swimming pool was dirty, broken toilet seats, broken and dirty shower door, as well as spider webs all over the room. As soon as complaints were made staff were eager to assist where they could. Great place overall just requires consistency in service delivery.

 Though Television placed, not working.
 No wifi available, though facility mentioned.
 Very poor cleanliness of surroundings.Shabby  maintenance.
 Strict implementation of hotel policies for  booking and cancellation, but poor compliance  of facilities announced.
 Lacklustre attitude in helping customers for  arranging outside activities.
 No time sense in attending customers.
 Customer unfriendly.
 Our stay is a nightmare in the hotel.
