With 14 acres of bushland right in Livingstone, this unique place will offer you a variety of accommodation options with a lovely difference. The property has a lot of space with beautiful palm trees with bird- and wildlife.

The fantastic landscape features waterfalls, a lake, fountains and winding streams making this the ideal place to relax and unwind from the busy city life. There are unique thatched double storey self-contained chalets and fully equipped hotel-style rooms.

Safaris and walks can be arranged into the Musio Tunya Game Park, as well as safaris into the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Kaazmein staff will arrange any activities around Livingstone and the Victoria Falls including bungee jumping, gorge swings, abseiling, kayaking, surfing and rafting.

A great place to stay. Eventhough it is still in developing stage, the management, especially the owner Ashraf and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Definitely good value for money. Once the proposed development and refurbishmments are complete, it is sure to become an attractive destination, especially for budget travellers.
