Karoo Robin B&B is situated in the beautiful Prince Albert. It is just over two hour's drive from George and an hour and twenty minutes away from Laingsburg.

This bed and breakfast is set in a quiet cul-de-sac and has direct access to the Robert Gordon Koppie. The cottage has a separate entrance from the main house and can accommodate up to two guests. It has a double room with an en-suite bathroom and access to Wi-Fi Internet. Guests have a private garden and a braai area to use during their stay. They can also make use of the swimming pool.

Laundry facilities can be arranged on request. Parking is also available on the premises.

A great B&B in a great place by

We stayed in Karoo Robin on our way up the Swartberg Pass to George.
What appealed to me about Karoo Robin was that it was not on the main road through Prince Albert, and that as there is only one room, you won't be disturbed by other guests!
Our hostess was very welcoming, and made sure that we were looked after - she sent us away with a jar of her homemade apricot jam (which was delicious by the way!).
I am already thinking of going back to Prince Albert, and I will be looking to stay there again.


Tranquility in Prince Albert by

At Karoo Robin we found a gem of a place situated just far enough from the main street to not be bothered by the traffic but close enough to walk to the there.
The setting of Karoo Robin is magnificent, right up against the mountain with various hiking routes with a lovely view across the valley.
The whole setting can be summed up as  tranquility at its best.
The hosts, Ina and Pieter go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one and no effort are spared to ensure that your room is immaculately clean, the fridge is stocked and that you feel pampered.
I will definitely visit them again if I have to travel within 200km from Prince Albert again.


Quiet & comfortable by

Our charming host Ina met us as we arrived and made us feel welcome. In addition she booked an evening meal for us at the impressive Gallery Cafe which we thoroughly enjoyed.


A place for one Night by

We've been there for a night, that's fairly ok. The place is a little out of the town centre, so if you feel hungry at the evening, you'll be facing a 13 minutes walk. Not much choice regarding restaurants.
