KatiKati Eco LogeWhite River, Mpumalanga, South Africa Jeugherberg | (POA) |
KatiKati Eco Lodge is the Swahili word for in between and this farm is between some developing macadamia farms and the White River area. KatiKati is between the Panorama and Legogote tourist routes, about half an hour's drive from the Kruger National Park and close to a wide range of exciting activities, beautiful sights and interesting excursions, preferably as day trips.
KatiKati is therefore a central overnight stop when tourists visit the area, but is also a nice, peaceful place to stay where guests can spend their time by the pool and rest.
The accommodation consists of separate self-catering units, each of which is equipped for a peaceful stay. Each unit has its own private patio with a braai and patio furniture. Each unit is laid out differently and the amount of people who can stay overnight in the place varies from unit to unit.
The view from the pool area is beautiful and the sunset every night is absolutely breathtaking. The pool is also a nice place to hang out for a group where everyone has booked their own unit, but would like to hang out together.
There are several cycle routes in the area that guests can join. The Lowveld is also an attractive destination for joggers, rowers and everyone who attends the regular sports activities and events.
KatiKati Eco Lodge is only 23 km from Mbombela (Nelspruit), where the popular Innibos Arts Festival is held annually. Nature lovers and bird watchers can delight themselves in the peace of the environment and animal beauty.
There are several golf courses in the area and KatiKati is an ideal, central option for groups doing golf tours. Art lovers can visit a variety of studios of local artists.
