Kilemakyaro Mountain Loge

Kilemakyaro Mountain Lodge is located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. With its cool and quiet atmosphere, and Tanzanian hospitality, it is the ideal base for travellers on safari or mountain climbing.

There are 40 rooms available in spacious rondavels, and all contain comfortable beds, mosquito nets, TVs and bar fridges. Each unit has a small veranda from which guests can enjoy the beautiful views.

The restaurant and bar are found in the main house, which was originally the farm house for a coffee plantation. Breakfast is included in the rates, lunch and dinner is available on request at a minimal cost. There is also a large swimming pool on the premises with a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro.

The lodge arranges safaris in different areas, including the Serengeti National Park, Selous Game Reserve, as well as Ngorongoro Crater. It also has programmes for climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.

Things to do at the lodge, We also organise from reception coffee walks on the coffee plantation surrounding the lodge. Day Excursions to Materuni waterfalls which is 20 Km away, Lake Chala which is 55 KM away, Chemka Hot water springs 50 Km away and Marangu waterfalls which is 50 Km away
