Getting other accommodation by

I wish I would have been able to experience your accommodation, that l had driven 510km from Cape Town to come and experience, however we were firstly sent a location that didn't work, and there was no reply when I emailed a few days before and asked for the correct location, the address on the email l was sent was also wrong so it took us to the office on Thesen island which was closed so we couldn't ask for directions. After half an hour of searching for the correct location we found one that we thought might work and luckily happened to be correct, however when we arrived there there was absolutely no one there and no one was answering their phones not even the after hours number so we had to go all the way back to town and search for different accommodation which was difficult to find because it was now already so late and most places were full! We ended up rather finding other accommodation for that second night as well because we no longer wanted to even try and go stay there after the entire experience and we will definitely not be coming back or recommending it to anyone else! The only good part of this experience was at your main office the next day because the one women that you had there was actually very kind and helpful.
