Kobe House

Kobe House is a private house on the beach, on the south-east coast of Zanzibar in the fishing village of Jambiani. The large property has two units with a garden and swimming pool.

The main villa rooms include ceiling fans, air-conditioning, security box, private bathroom and veranda. Three out of the six guest rooms are sea facing. The main communal living area has a restaurant, and a large terrace with panoramic sea view for dining.

The second unit is called the Dependence Building. This multilevel building offers a selection of rooms all with private access from an outside balustrade, and is equipped with a fan, a security box, basin and small toilet. The two Mansard rooms are built in local style and share a toilet outside the rooms.

On request guests can make use of the laundry and small kitchen equipped to prepare your meals, and eat on the outside veranda. The swimming pool and beach are equipped with sunbeds.
