Kya Bella is a charming self-catering house situated in the Zini River Estate, in Mtunzini. It has easy access to the beach, bush walks and a river.The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (Big stove and oven, microwave, toaster, Bodum, slow cooker, snackwich maker, weber Braai etc). There is a covered play area for kids, with a trampoline and a jungle gym.Guests can relax on the spacious patio leading from the lounge area, overlooking the hills and river. This is the ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends.

KYA BELLA RECENSIES (100 %) Family thoughts by Josette Finger, South Africa 07 April 2015 We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed, the house was beautiful, neat, easy to keep clean and very spacious. The pictures on safari don't do the place justice, I really admire the simple yet sophisticated the sliding doors allow for a lot of natural light, the views were majestic, it's was peaceful and very relaxing, the whole experience was just too amazing for words,the beaches were clean and the good weather helped , and we managed to catch a few zebras on camera, they were roaming freely just outside the estate, hubby caught some nice fish as well , and my son thoroughly enjoyed the kiddies facilities at the house and on the beach front, we only had a few minor problems in our stay - there was no microwave or toaster and iron, reheating food was a job and a half to say the least, but other than that we hope to return in the near future.... Our boys loved playing in the garden, and we went down to the beach and the river every day! We will definitely be back! I can't fault the accommodation - modern, spacious, clean, comfortable with gorgeous views. We have little kids and a big selling point was the playground, it turned out to be a great sundowner spot for the adults too. Mtunzini has everything you might need - supermarket, butchery, golf course and we really enjoyed the Saturday market.
