La Mer 8

La Mer 8 is a modern and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom first floor unit that sleeps six with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate.

The main and second bedrooms are fitted with double beds, and the third bedroom is fitted with two single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a dining table that seats six.

The lounge has a comfortable lounge suite which seats five and has a flat screen TV with Wi-Fi with a second seating area seating four.

There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the ocean. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use.

There is a swimming pool and basement parking as well as extra visitors parking provided as well as a lift for your convenience from the basement area.

There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30 meters away and Margate's main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.

All linen is supplied including bath towels. please bring your own beach towels with.
