Langvlei Dunes is just 3 km from the N2. The cottage is in a 1 hectare indigenous garden. It is a quiet and safe area. The furnishings are fresh and uncluttered, adding to the easy holiday atmosphere. It is the ideal place to relax away from civilization. When the relaxing is over there are more than enough places for the nature-lover to visit like forests, lakes and rivers. These are within a radius of 15 km. Fishing, paragliding, golfing and canoeing are but a few activities that the more energetic can indulge in nearby. Alan is an experienced birder and will take people out by appointment.

Relaxing stay at Langvlei Dunes by

We had a very relaxing stay at the brand spanking new facilities of the very friendly hosts at Langvlei Dunes.

One of the best we stayed at by

Unfortunately we only stayed 3 days there and now regret not booking for a longer time - It was much more than we expected, quiet, safe, and in driving distance of most of the main attractions. It would have been lovely if we could have just spent a day or two at the camp just relaxing and enjoying the stay. It really is worth it and the chalet is lovely, you will not regret making a booking here, we certainly did not and it was one of the best we stayed at.

Beautiful, quiet and serene stay. There were plenty of birds to spot. The hosts were great.

Serene location by

The intention of our holiday was to relax in a serene setting. Langvlei Dunes definitely achieved this. We had a comfortable stay & Mare was very accommodating. The gravel road was a bit tricky for a standard vehicle but we managed.
