Light House 1 is a self-catering unit located in Paternoster, a quaint fishing village situated on the western coast of South Africa.

The house is situated approximately 400m walking distance from the ocean . This one-bedroom unit can accommodate two people and comprises one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer kettle and microwave. The unit is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests also have access to outdoor braai facilities.

This unit can be rented separately or as a full house with Lighthouse 2. The town is a popular tourist destination for people who seek its Mediterranean style atmosphere, characterised by azure blue waters, lime washed cottages, traditional fisherman's architecture, and endless white sandy beaches.

Too new, wont stay there by

This place is obviously very new and smelled like cement/dampness when we got there, there was rubbish outside which meant you couldnt open the front door due to the smell. The dstv didnt work. No dish washing liquid, cloths or basics like salt and pepper. Would rather pay more for a place. Owner agreed to pay us back 50% due to this inconvenience.
