Machaba Camp

Machaba Camp is a 1950s camp set along a river in the Khwai area of the eastern tongue of the Okavango Delta. There are 10 luxury tented units, offering guests the classic-safari experience.

The tents feature seating areas as well as decks that overlook the reserve, providing guests with a prime position to relax on their own and enjoy the views of the game. The tents also have romantic outdoor showers for the true Botswana experience.

The tented main area includes a lounge area where guests can relax and unwind, as well as a dining area where meals are prepared. There is also a welcomed swimming pool where guests can take a break from the Botswana heat.

Guests will enjoy morning and evening game drives through the Okavango Delta where large game will be tracked and viewed from a safe difference. Walking safaris can be experienced when a trained guide is available and this way guests are able to enjoy the smaller aspects of the outdoors.
