Malibu 2

Malibu 2 is a beautiful eight sleeper apartment, right on Margate's North beach and close to the Manaba blue flag beach. It is ideal for the larger family or two smaller families sharing.

This apartment offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. The one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two rooms with a double bed only and one room with twin beds. There is also an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card for DStv viewing. The living area leads out onto a large balcony with an eight seater dining table and a gas braai facility. A lock-up garage for two vehicles is provided. The complex also has electric fencing and an electronic gate, providing excellent security. Guests can make use of the complex's swimming pool or access the beach directly via the complex grounds.

Please note that this unit is not available for rental to students or student groups, without adult supervision. Nor is it available for private parties. If it is found that there are just students in the unit or that you are having a party in the unit, you will be in breach of contract and may be evicted without a refund.
