The kitchen is open-plan and is fully equipped for self-catering; equipped with a fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven hob and an extractor fan, with ample crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment. The lounge has a LCD TV, DVD player and DStv; guests would need to bring along their own smart card or inquire about renting one. There are fans in the unit, no aircon.

There is a lovely patio with a sea views, patio furniture, as well as two sun loungers. The unit includes two undercover parking bays. There is a swimming pool in the complex and direct beach access.
