Welcome to Marina ViewsThe house has a wooden deck over-looking the water where you can have your sundowners while watching the ducks and geese swimming and people paddle past in their little boats and canoes. It is about a 5 minute drive down to Sunrise beach in Muizenberg and a 15 minute drive to Fish Hoek beach. There is an odd canoe or little boat that you are welcome to use at your own risk. Many of the children enjoy swimming in the Marina and playing on the windsurfer boards - the children (and dads) also enjoy fishing from the grass in front of the house.We also have a small swimming pool in an enclosed area of the garden which is very private. The house consists of an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen with windows looking out to the water. The lounge has a door leading onto the wooden deck. There are 2 TV's, DStv and WiFi is also available.There is a small laundry area with a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We have 4 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 8 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower only. The 2nd room 2 twin single beds which can be made up into a king size bed on request, 3rd room 2 twin single beds and the last room has a double bed. The main room has a door which opens into an enclosed, sheltered garden and also has sliding doors which open onto the swimming pool area. The family bathroom has a bath (with a shower in the bath) and toilet. Bedding and bath towels are supplied for 8 people. Please bring your own beach towels. The house is not serviced, but we can ask our char to come in for you, at you own expense, if you wish. THINGS TO DO:There is a lovely walk you can go on, to Park Island, You can fish for carp from our deck, or the garden bench, and feed the ducks and the birds, or go for a canoe ride on the water. We are 5 minutes away from Muizenberg beach and restaurants, and 15 minutes from Fish Hoek. We are very close to our Capricorn Square shopping centre (Pick & Pay, Woolworths, Ackermans) as well as 10 minutes drive from the Blue Route Shopping mall. We are close to the Westlake Golf course and 15 minutes from Clovelly Golf course.
