Marine Glen 12 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Marine Glen complex, within walking distance of the main Ramsgate beach.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds, ideal for 4 children under the age of 12. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. There is a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains couches and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card.

The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and with partial sea views. The balcony contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs.

The Marine Glen complex offers a communal fenced swimming pool, and a braai area. A designated car port is available.
