Marloth Cottage is a petite and private self-catering cottage located just inside the gates of Marloth Park, a wildlife conservancy bordering the Kruger National Park. Marloth has its own population of wild but gentle zebra, giraffe, kudu, impala, ostrich, wildebeest, warthog, and other species, many of which will walk right up to you. There are also numerous birds, reptiles, and insects. Marloth borders the Crocodile River, Kruger Park's southernmost boundary, and is separated from Kruger and the Big 5 only by an electric fence.
The cottage contains two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a four poster king-size bed, and the second bedroom contains twin single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The living area opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture. The patio leads to an open area with a fire pit, seating and a braai that overlooks a waterhole. The cottage also has a large swimming pool and sun loungers. Covered parking is available.
