Martheo A

Martheo A is a self-catering apartment located in Lawrence Rocks, Margate, in the heart of the Hibiscus Coast. Margate is known for beautiful beaches, natural forests and subtropical climate and for many people it is simply the best place for a wonderful summer vacation. Apart from the beaches, Margate also offers some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in South Africa.

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two three-quarter beds. One of the bathrooms has a bath and the other has a shower. Ceiling fans are available in two of the bedrooms and the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area seats five, while the lounge has a comfortable lounge set and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The living room opens onto a patio with sea views and has a built-in braai area and outdoor seating. The secure complex is accessible via an automatic gate. Parking is available under a carport, with additional guest parking for one vehicle, subject to availability.
