Martinique Guest House offers clean and comfortable self-catering accommodation in Kathu. Kathu lies in the middle of the Kalahari Desert, alongside the N14 between Kuruman and Upington, and has a large forest of camel thorn trees, one of only two in the world, and is known as the ?town under the trees'. This forest forms a reserve that is registered as a Natural Heritage Site. Kathu also boasts a beautiful 18-hole golf course that hosts the annual Kalahari Classic.

The guest house offers accommodation in double or twin rooms, each containing an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The rooms feature tea and coffee-making facilities, air-conditioning, a microwave, bar fridge, and a TV with DStv. There is also a swimming pool for guests to cool down from the heat of the day. In addition, the guest house offers braai facilities and a lapa, with private parking also provided.

Other attractions in and around Kathu include the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and Witsand Nature Reserve.
