Milton Lane apartments are situated in a small village of Ramsgate, a short distance to the public, private beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants.

This affordable apartment can comfortably sleep six guests. There are two bedrooms and a cornered off bunk bed area in an enclosed nook just off the lounge. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds also equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most amenities, including a washing machine and a tumble drier, to make you stay comfortable. It is open plan and it opens up to a comfortable lounge area with a dining room table. It is also equipped with a 32" flat screen television. as well as DStv Family bouquet. There is a small balcony with some beautiful sea views.

The complex has a charming covered communal braai area and for your peace of mind, it is is secured behind a remote electric gate. The unit has access to a double unit garage, suitable for a large vehicle with trailer or two smaller cars. Linen is provided for all the beds. Please note, guests are required to provide their own beach and bath towels. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement.
