This extremely popular unit has a very comfortable king sized bed, en suite with shower only, ample cupboard space and a seating area. The detached living area has TV, comfortable couch, dining area and kitchenette. There is an outdoor patio with seating area and BBQ.

There are 50 steps, so if you can't do stairs, this isn't for you. Our place is great for couples and solo/business travellers. This unit consists of one king bed with en-suite bathroom, a lounge, a full kitchen, a TV, and Internet.

Just a few minutes walk to Kalk Bay shops and restaurants and the Harbour (Fish and Chips!) Perfect for whale-watching in season, long walks on the nearby beaches, surfing at Muizenberg Surfers Corner and swimming at Wooley's Tidal Pool across the road.

Very poorly managed property by

The Manager of this property was totally unwelcoming and extremely ill mannered. He made us feel like we were a total inconvenience. The manager accused us of breaking the garage doors, when all that was wrong was that the remote batteries were flat. When we defended ourselves he screamed at us to leave the property. On other notes, The flat is not in the Kalk Bay Village, the map in-fact shows that the property is in Fishhoek. The lounge and bedroom are completely separated by an external flight of stairs and so in bad weather it is totally impractical. Notes that showed a complete lack of care for the guest. The wifi had run out of data when we arrived and we had none until the next day. outside lights do not work and returning in the evenings it is very dangerous as it is pitch dark and there are no hand rails on steep stone stairs. There is no hair-dryer and no milk at the coffee station, no wood at the fire-place. Little touches that one would expect at the property being charged out at this rate. The property is on a sharp corner and getting your vehicle out of the garage is almost impossible. Our stay was for our anniversary and it was completely destroyed because of this manager's disgusting behaviour.
