The complex has a large swimming pool to be enjoyed. Feel at peace knowing the complex is surrounded by an electric fence and protected by security guards 24/7. There is 1 undercover parking available inside the complex reserved for the Apartment, with plenty visitors parking.

The Apartment operates on a keyless, self-check in system, allowing for check in flexibility. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a land line for receiving phone calls from friends and family, board games for the family get aways and reading material for the professional.

Summerstrand provides a combination of golden beaches, warm waters, and access to the stimulating historic centre of Port Elizabeth. Hobie beach (also the scene of the annual ?Splash Festival' close to Shark Rock pier) and Pollock beach are very popular nearby beaches, home to windsurfers, hobie-cats, yachts and surfers; whilst the 5 kilometre Donkin Heritage Trail takes in a number of wonderful historic attractions whilst winding its way through the city centre.

Summerstrand is home to many sporting activities. It is the Manhattan of Port Elizabeth.

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with modern furniture, 32? TV connected to DStv, and an en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet, frameless glass shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have 5 star hotel quality linen. The second bathroom is fitted with a basin, toilet, bath with a modern stone feature wall and a heated towel rail for those cold mornings. Bath and beach towels are available.

The lounge and dining area leads onto the patio.

This Apartment has everything your home has, including a dishwashing machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Good apartment requiring improvements by

Stayed for four nights during December 2018 and overall apartment has positives and negatives: Positives: 1. Apartment conveniently situated to amenities, shops , etc 2. Easy access to beach 3. Modern/seaside decor apartment Negatives: 1. Check in process was a bit unorganised. Alternate people had to help check us in and show us around. Adele who assisted us was super and tried her best to make us comfortable with last minute shopping for toilet rolls, etc. 2. We did not have DSTV for the entirety of our stay with no even consideration for a discount. Connections were not checked and only found not to be working upon our enquiry. 3. Apartment does not have any views but no real issue as it is a short walk to the beach. 4. Secure complex Overall, it is a bit pricey but is recommended. However, owners do need pay attention to the detail. We were advised that they have just taken over from someone else who was in charge so i am sure it will be better. We will possibly stay again.
