NEWLY UPGRADED / BEACH FRONT HOUSE. STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH, COME AND RELAX. it has its own direct access to the beach. This unique private property has a contemporary feel with large sliding doors to take advantage of the beautiful sea views and fresh breeze. The centered patio will extend your space with a large dining table blending the spaces to create a sense of openess while still retaining its privacy. Modkaya has two en-suite bedrooms, a simple kitchen and a large living area, as well is a outside braai. The house is located in a quiet upcoming area and is only 35 km from Maputo, situated in ?Macaneta Island?, making it the perfect gateway for a relaxing stay. As of july 2016, the island is connected to a modern bridge making it easier to access and enjoy all convenience of Maputo City. If you don't want to cook there are excellent restaurants nearby and our Friendly Staff will assist you during your stay to make it memorable.

Great house, close to the beach.

A must by

The perfect place to retreat and reconnect. Private, quiet and relaxing. Had a great time.

Overpriced by

The location is beautiful, but the accommodation definitely needs more maintenance and refurbishment. There are not enough chairs to sit with 4 people at the cooking island. In summary; a lot of potential, but waaaay too overpriced.
