The service from the receptionists and the accountant/manager was very warm, friendly and very considerate. They should keep up the good job they are doing. Two things to improve on are: Number one is on the breakfast which is misleading to customers, if a booking is for two people breakfast should also be for two people rather than the current situation whereby customers are caught unaware when they have to pay for the second breakfast. International standards should be followed to avoid confusion. Secondly either the hotel has to update the website and remove the self catering bit on the chalets as well as add photos to show how the chalets look like to avoid misleading information or the hotel has to offer the self catering services as advertised.
