I am very disappointed in that was treated very badly by the receptionists I booked a sea facing room which I did not get on my arrival the receptionist refused to listen to my requests said I am take what is available if not leave.
is this the manner your guest are treated will not recommend to other guest pay for something you was not happy with is a rip off.
