Mount D'Urban has ten separate self-catering camp units available, with sufficient space between each unit to provide our guests with privacy when staying with us. All campsites enjoy stunning mountain views and are at the perfect vantage point for enjoying the always beautiful sunset.

Each self-catering camping platform has been designed to fit a large dome tent (3.5mx3.5m). Alternatively, for rooftop tents, camper trailers or those setting up more than one tent, there is ample space provided directly adjacent to the platform on clean, compacted and levelled river sand.

Each campsite has its own private ablution facilities with shower, toilet, and washbasin. Furthermore, each campsite has an outside wash basin and bench, fire pit/braai, lights, and a USB socket for charging a phone and similar devices.

Whilst at the campsite you can also enjoy swimming our sparkling pool, or get out and about on our hiking, mountain bike or self-drive off-road trails.

1 night stay but wow we would love to go back. The owner of the property welcomed us on arrivalzwr happened to be the only people booked at the campsite that evening but it was lovely. Modern, clean private ablusions with the feel of being outdoors. A small pool for the 8-10 sites to enjoy. Braai wood, I've etc can be bought onsite. Nothing much to do in the middle of nowhere but a great place to rest for the night in the peaceful Helmeringhausen under the stars. We were very fortunate to watch the full moon rise which was super impressive. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling that way. A big thumbs up ??

Clean private bathroom facilities was a great plus. Received a very warm welcome from Benard our host. He was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a hidden gem. Will definitely spread the word and return!!
