No customer service at all. The facilities are poor and in bad condition. No breakfast offered or available.

Lovely stay by

Totally adequate - for the price, a bargain!  Clean, neat, spacious, everything we could have wanted.

Hardly hot water and water temperature fluctuated a lot. Rooms cramped.

People & town by

We loved the friendly people and the peaceful town. However, I booked a room with a bathroom, but when we got there we got a room with a communal bathroom. It also stated that breakfast is included, but when we arrived the lady said that breakfast is no longer included as she will not be able to manage so many people. Not what I expected.

I was mislead by

The facilties was misleading on the ad.They have no braai and swim facilities as mentioned.The owner informed me that there is someone renting that space for a month and and that this is it permitted to occupy.I could not stay there as I was on holiday on this was unacceptable.she refunded me R500.00 and did pay R515.00. had to make alternative arrangements.I need a response from you asap.

My stay at Mountainview B&B was great. Suzanne Fourie was very friendly and welcoming and she even allowed me to book in earlier to accommodate my early morning arrival in Porterville. We had easy access in and out of the establishment which I really appreciated. Thank you Suzanne for your hospitality.
