We want to introduce you to Mozambeat Motel, a boutique funky art hotel located in the picturesque paradise of Tofo, Mozambique. Here, a variety of exotic art decorates the walls, vibrant music provides a soundtrack to further sweeten your holiday while you sip a fresh coconut.

We are a unique 3* hotel that offers a total package of accommodations:
a bar, restaurant (open daily, offers a wide range of local and Western food, see menus attached) and an aquabliss pool with cocktail poolbar. Our accommodations range from private stand alone bungalows, to a dormitory, to a campsite. And for our guests who may fish we offer a ?braai? -free of use, with a lovely view of the pool.

Situated right on the warm Indian Ocean, Tofo is one of the most popular destinations in all of Mozambique and we are the most popular accommodation option in Tofo. Tofo is a lovely, tropical beach village with a rustic feel. Our little seaside paradise boasts several beaches, nice bars, world class seafood, a variety of international cuisines, spectacular marine wildlife and killer sunsets every evening. But it's also a place of sand roads and barefoot tourism. We are not a tourist town full of big hotels and overrun by holidayers and tour guides. Instead, Tofo remains in touch with its roots; undiscovered by Western tourists, Mozambican to the core, relaxed and warm. Most tourists are avid surfers or divers and come to ride our world class waves or see the wide variety of sea life native to our ocean. In season, you can spot humpback whales breaching from the beach and all year round get the chance to swim with whale sharks and manta rays. As you might imagine, this spectacular and rare opportunity, is among our most popular tourist experiences.

We try to offer a bit of everything at Mozambeat Motel. Everyone can find plenty to enjoy?from Tuesday poker nights, to Wednesday movie nights complete with dinner specials and complementary popcorn. Our guests get the option to be treated to a well priced private massage every Thursday afternoon. And those are just the weeknights. We are THE Friday night spot with local and international DJs and bands gracing our bar on a regular basis, setting the mood for a night of good times. All our private rooms include a three-course breakfast in the room rate. Our bar has the fastest and most reliable WiFi in our village, although most guests unplug while they're with us and take in the amazing atmosphere we have to offer.

If our guests are ever able to tear themselves away from Mozambeat's little paradise, we are able to arrange countless activities in and around the area. Not only do we offer in-house entertainment, but also can arrange activities in and around the area.

Our personal favourites are surfing, yoga, quad biking, catamaran trips, dhow trips, cultural village trips, kayaking, free diving and kite surfing. Not to mention the incredible diving and snorkelling opportunities! All trips can be arranged through our lodge at the reception.
