Mwazaro Beach Loge

Mwazaro Beach Lodge is situated on the delightful Mwazaro Beach, 80 km South of Mombasa. It offers a lovely vista of the mangrove swamps to one side and the Indian Ocean on the other.

There are three types of accommodation available. For those who enjoy more rustic accommodation, the lodge offers Makuti cottages, which are situated directly on the beach. Each Makuti has a comfortable double bed and a spacious terrace with a perfect view to the beach. Some of the rooms share a bathroom while others have en-suite bathrooms.

There are two houses with a choice of suites upstairs or downstairs, and two apartments situated in the main building. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a private bathroom, and they are perfect for families or small groups.

The lodge features a restaurant, beach bar and a sun terrace. Meals are simple but tasty and fresh produce is delivered daily. For active guests, kite surfing is available in season with a licensed instructor. Diving, snorkelling and deep-sea fishing can also be arranged and Mangrove tours are available.
