Nice en cozy

Nice and Cozy is a self-catering apartment next to the owner's main house in the Lochnerhof area in Strand, about one km from the beach. The unit has a private entrance through the private garage.

This apartment has one and a half bedrooms, air-conditioned, sleeps three guests and has one bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed and there is also a flat screen TV connected to the lounge's DStv. The private bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is an extra room with a single bed between the bedroom and the bathroom that contains a tumble dryer and washing machine.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. The lounge has a comfortable couch, a table, a chair and a flat-screen TV with a collection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available. Outside there is a private patio with a table, chairs and braai facilities.

Animals are allowed. Guests can arrange to check in earlier and later clock out. The Strand is ideal for active and peaceful holidays, romantic and family holidays, as well as relaxing breaks with friends.
