Roland's Rendezvous International Guest House is situated in the historical university town of Stellenbosch, in the heart of the Cape Winelands and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. It is an ideal central point from where our guests can explore the spectacular mountains and valleys, or visit the many historic wine estates along the wine route.

We offer seven spacious, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, each with DStv. An Internet service connection point is available in each room as an optional extra. Fax facilities and a laundry service are also available. Relax around the sparkling swimming pool in summer, or in front of a cheerful log fire on cold winter evenings. Airport transfers and breakfasts are available on request.

What a lovely place and what fabulous hosts. We had a self catering apartment that Virginia came and cleaned every day. It is spacious and the garden is absolutely beautiful. A perfect place for relaxation and taking time out.

A decent stay, but a tired venue by

We had a decent stay, but we did not feel that we got value for money. The location was perfect and the owner and his wife were the most welcoming, helpful and friendly people. The breakfast was delicious and our room was huge...however, for as much potential as the place had, it was well worn, tired and in need of a make over and some repair work. Our room, although a stunning size and quiet, was harsh in its decor and had a strong smell of wet dog and old smoke. Some of it was stained, broken or worn through. It was clear that repairs had been done in the room, but lacked a finishing touch or attention to detail. The front door was held together with planks of wood, the cracks in the walls had been plastered but not properly painted over, chipped tiles in the bathroom had been glue back together etc and although it was not dirty, the silicon in the shower was peeling off and was moldy, there was lipstick on the cup in the bathroom, small amounts of dog hair in the bed and there were a fair amount of spider webs around the bedside tables.
