The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom which has a pull-out bed for a possible fourth person. The living room includes a double sleeper couch and the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine for the use of the tenants.

The apartment features a private patio with barbecue facilities and a splendid view of Table Mountain and Lion's Head. A small sundowner deck leads off the front of the living area and looks across at Lion's Head.
