Being close to the beach by

There were renovations being done in a shop below us and in an apartment above us. The grinders and machinery were used as early as 7am in the mornings and the builders above were in the apartment as late as 11pm. The noise pollution was unbearable. There is an abandoned building next to the property with hobos sleeping there at night. There was no security to o oversee the cars or secured parking. The cleaning lady was rather inefficient and didnt seem like she was quite interested in doing any housework.
