Otters Creek

Offers privacy and tranquillity, situated inside the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, on a smallholding near the Buffels River which borders Pringle Bay.

River Cottage comprises two bedrooms and a loft area, accommodating up to eight people. Guests need to bring along their own bedding towels. We do provide inners, mattress covers, pillows as well as pillow protectors. There is an enclosed bathroom outside with a hot water shower. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room area comprising a fireplace. Guests have access to a private outdoor area, shaded by beautiful trees near the banks of the river.

This little seaside community is an hour's drive from Cape Town, along the magnificent scenic road between Gordon's Bay and Hermanus in the Western Cape.

There are plenty of indoor and activities for visitors such as Otter's Creek, canoeing, rowing. Guests can follow the walkway along the river and take in the beauty and diversity of the indigenous fynbos and birdlife.
