OUKLIP WILDLOGE RECENSIES (97 %) Lovely stay by Jaco-ben Roos, South Africa 19 August 2015 We found OuKlip tent-houses to be a perfect break-away from the city. The tents are neat, private, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Tent 4 has a lovely view overlooking a waterhole where we watched a giraffe and kudu's drink water. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The safari tents are so comfortably furnished and fitted out with everything needed for a relaxing break-away in the bush. The units are great and set up with everything you may need - they have thought of everything. Plenty to do in the area and the game drive was fabulous! The bathroom was a bit cool with the roof being open in the winter, but the tub and shower is a win win situation.
The hosts were very friendly. Another highlight was the animals inside the camp, they are actually quite tame and very well looked after. The setup is amazing!! A restful weekend in the bush by Magdel Du Preez 23 July 2018 Ouklip is a wonderful place to have a weekend breakaway. It's such an easy and quick drive, and then you have the Big Five on your doorstep. The safari tents offer perfect privacy and are so well equipped that you lack for nothing. It was marvellous to sit by the fire and hear lion and jackal. The game drive with Gilbert was a treat. We'll be back. Our tent had a good view of the water hole and we were able to watch the game from the comfort of our camping chairs on the beautiful patio. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The safari tent was beautifully decorated and furnished. Bathroom... option of a long soak in a massive bath or a shower. Facilities beautifully maintained and clean. Mattress and linen... awesome! It is the perfect distance just outside of Pretoria for a weekend trip although we would recommend staying longer. Our hosts and their staff were warm and welcoming.
